For DTF Success You Should:
DO YOUR RESEARCH! - (We Did Ours)

Gallery engineering spent a lot of time reviewing DTF user groups to understand the top DTF concerns and how to solve them.

Everything from "how do I get it to print white?", to ink clogs, to scare tactics saying "you should give up before you even start" / "just purchase prints from us because we are pro and you are not" was considered before the Gallery system was launched. The Gallery system is packed with logical and easy to understand approaches to solve for almost any concern.

This is the low maintenance DTF printer you have been waiting for.

You may have read that some systems need to raise the humidity to 60% and above before proceeding. This is not a problem for Gallery inks/powder/film since all components have been developed to store and print at a comfortable room temperature and 35% humidity.

Some scenarios require black powder to mitigate dye migration, but Gallery has dye migration resistance built into the standard white powder, solving for swapping powder in an in-line shaker. The Gallery A3 inline powder shaker is ideally paired with the printer to provide a smooth production workflow.

Our clog resistant, special viscosity inks are made in the USA to exacting quality standards. Some printers have White ink stirring and possibly even White ink circulation, but Gallery printers take White ink management a step further with a unique tracking/monitoring system. An easy to view LED on the front panel shows Blue when all components of the system are fully functional, Green when actively stirring, and Purple when circulating White ink in the lines.

Most DTF printer manufacturers will not inform you that you need to use messy needles to manually pull ink through the system before you can start. Here again, the Gallery printer outperforms by giving you an auto-ink priming button that does not require needles - just push the button.

Gallery inks use a special formulation that is different than inks designed for industrial printheads. Those inks will work for a while, but they cause excess wear and tear on the printhead membrane, which is why you see only 3-6 month printhead warranty from others. Some suppliers do not even offer any warranty on the printhead because overseas inks tend to have foreign particles such as clay for cost savings. Gallery inks are made in the USA according to a specific formula that allows us to offer a full 1 year on all parts of the printer, including the printhead.

Gallery DTF RIP software is based on the latest CADlink v11 engine, but we have simplified the user experience to make it easier for a first-time user to get started. Complicated multi-printer queues have been removed in favor of a simple drag and drop interface. Simple, easy to follow videos guide you through all aspects of the software and printer operation.  (If you are in need of simultaneous multi-printer/queue support, CADlink v11 has all Gallery drivers available.)

Lastly, local USA-based support is always available. In fact, Gallery DTF printers are only available through fully qualified distributors who have demonstrated years of commitment to supporting their customers.

Of course, you share some responsibility to maintain and use the printer correctly to get maximum benefit from it, but the easy-to-follow instructions, user guides and videos will make that a breeze.

We did our research to make Gallery printers stand above the competition. We hope that after having done your own research you will see that Gallery is indeed a best in class DTF printer worthy of your consideration.

Happy printing!
